Diabetes, obesity and hypertension or just chewing gum (gluten) in your organs.


Since the middle of the 20th century, medicine scammers are intensively promoting acidic foods - fruits, juices, fermented veggies, supplements with vitamin C, leavened bread - claiming that the alleged acidic vitamin C is supposedly healthy.


 
Vitamin C is an ascorbic acid - we can find it in oranges and mandarins. The lemon has no ascorbic acid - it contains citric acid, in sauerkraut and pickles there is no ascorbic acid - it is lactic acid.

We are to eat pickles and fruit, because there is a supposed vitamin C in them, which is not present in them. Strange!

So why is medicine intensively promoting acidic food? The reason is clear if we notice that wise peoples do eat unleavened bread - they avoid eating acidic and grain food together. Every grain product is salted and eaten with milk proteins (cheese, cream, milk).

Carboxylic acids soften the chewing gum known to everyone, i.e. gluten - which causes its absorption to increase dramatically. Gluten in the arteries causes hypertension, infarcts, stroke and decay of tissues, i.e. cancer.

Gluten in pancreas causes diabetes - in brain dementia and hormonal disorders.

Medicine does not exist without deliberate harm to people by means of false and harmful dietary advice - the epidemic of gluten induced diseases with which we are currently dealing is the effect of the lies of medicine that have become truths in the last three generations in human consciousness.

We should eat unleavened bread (rolls, pita) without acidic preservatives, well salted with raw salt (iodine causes pressure spikes) and with cream or soft cheese.

Salt aggregates gluten thus reducing its absorption, milk proteins block the absorption of gluten.
