Quick Foods/Poisons List (pending)

  • Beer - hop resin dissolved in alcohol invented in ancient Egypt to turn workers into neurologically and hormonally injured mental slaves. Resins form deposits in nerve tissue damaging it.
  • Beets - vegetables naturally accumulating borates which have immune-suppresive properties, can be eaten 2-3 times a year. Within XVII-XX centuries bactericidal borax was commonly used as a fresh milk preservative and this caused epidemics of infectious diseases like TB, bubonic plaque, smallpox, etc among immune-deficient people.
  • blackberries - toxic, see raspberries.
  • broccoli - slightly harmful like any cabbage, not worth eating
  • bread - harmful when contains acids (fermented dough) or ground cellulose, must be eaten with milk proteins to block gluten absorption
  • butter - perfect food, powerful medicine when not heated as tissue cleaning substances evaporate when heated
  • cabbage - slightly harmful, not worth eating
  • canola oil - see rapeseed oil, harmful
  • celery - as any plant from celery family - neurotoxic and damaging hormonal system
  • cheese - like milk blocks gluten absorption with casein but contains no lactose so should be eaten by those who do not tolerate milk.  
  • coriander - as any plant from celery family - neurotoxic and damaging hormonal system.
  • corn - perfect food, discouraged by GMO accusations as contains no gluten and does not cause diabetes, hypertension, obesity and dementia. 
  • dandelion - contains natural latex which in some circumstances solidifies in nerve tissue causing permanent damage leading to seizures, palsy and deaths. 
  • eggs - perfect food, no drawbacks.
  • linseed, linseed oil - p olyunsaturated fats also called drying oils are used to produce oil paints, they damage health when ingested as they form deposits in tissues - it is an ancient poison.
  • Himalayan salt - a salt poisoned by highly toxic dye - cochineal, use coarse salt with no additives instead!
  • milk - crucial for life of mammals, locks gluten absorption protecting against diabetes, hypertension, obesity, dementia, low intelligence. Best if fatty and curdles on its own - contains no preservatives. 
  • nuts - hard fats gradually choke nerve tissue causing hormonal and cognitive deficiencies.
  • onion - beneficial, crucial for health, contains cysteine, easily fights infections, chopped onion with sugar makes a perfect syrup for kids
  • parsley - as any plant from celery family - neurotoxic and damaging hormonal system
  • pasta - white, not "wholegrain" contaminated with cellulose dust, valuable food when eaten with cheese/cream as milk proteins (casein) block gluten absorption.  
  • raspberries - highly poisoning fruits damaging nerve tissue - causing vision damages, birth and developmental defects, scoliosis, Aspergers and leukemia.
  • rapeseed (oil) - aka canola oil, harmful when poorly refined as contais erucic acid and drying (polyunsaturated) fraction.
  • Rhubarb - contains harmful oxalic acid which forms calcium oxalatate crystals damaging nerve tissue and joints.
  • rice white - perfect food, discouraged by fake arsenic accusations as contains no gluten and does not cause diabetes, hypertension, obesity and dementia. 
  • Salmon - when not farmed and fed with grains is poisoning only with resins from krill. Color of salmons meat comes from poisonous red resin of krill shells. Other fish (e.g. trouts) fed with krill also get salmons color of meat. When salmon is farmed its meat gets gummy - is infiltrated with gluten from grains. Not edible.
  • Salt - coarse, no additives, crystallography says that the bigger crystals the purest substance! Crucial for life, digestion (stomach and pancreas juices are made of salt), no "himalayan" toxic nonsense colored by cochineal dye! 
  • Shrimps - as any shellfish are poisonous due to resins forming their shells.
  • Silver - all silver compounds are toxic as they become reduced into metallic silver by simple sugars (from fruits or honey) thus choking tissues. Proper antidote to silver poisoning is pure vodka (!).
  • Sorrel - contains harmful oxalic acid which forms calcium oxalatate crystals damaging nerve tissue and joints.  
  • Spinach - harmful as contains oxalates which form calcium oxalate crystals in tissues, damaging joints, kidneys and brains.
  • Sugar - neutral for health, the bigger the crystals the purer the sugar - contaminants distract crystallization. Diabetes is caused by gluten (chewing gum from grains) damaging pancreas - not sugar!
  • Sunflower oil - neutral for health, good food
  • tea black with no flavorings or additives - great beverage neutral for health.
  • tea green - ancient Chinese sages invented fermentation of a green tea which gives black tea to avoid drinking harmful tanins or green one which are deactivated during the fermentation process. Mothers-in-law can drink green tea if they feel they deserve it.
  • Vinegar (any sort) - potent poison allowing gluten to be absorbed and thus causing diabetes, hypertension, obesity, strokes etc. 
  • watermelon - slightly poisoning fruit damaging nerve tissue (vision, immunity, development)
  • wholegrain products - flour should be as cleanest as possible to avoid eating cellulose dust which damages brain, so wholegrain products are just a harmful nonsense
  • wine - harmful liturgical punishment, contains multiple natural poisons including tanins, polymerizing (solidifying) esters, acids, resins and mineral poisons. Drinking blood, even symbolic is not a good idea.
