Why drinking too much water harms your health.

Katarzyna Hoffman, Borys Krupa

Official, pop-science fueled by medical lies claims that dehydration is a terrible, life-threatening condition.

What is the truth?

The intermittent water deficit in our bodies is completely normal and we are evolutionarily prepared to it. Water deficiency triggers a completely normal metabolic process of catalytic conversion of fats into water.
People do not use this metabolic mechanism as often as camels, which store water in the form of fat in their humps and therefore can walk through the desert for 2 weeks without drinking anything - but we also have the same energy and water accumulation mechanism as camels do!

To produce 1 liter (34oz) of missing water, the body must burn about 800 grams (28oz) of fat - this means that by entering the state of water deficit, we can get rid of about 1.5-2 kg (53-70oz) of fat per day. Some of the fats are stored by the body in specialized cells as a reserve of energy and water - but some fat is a harmful tissue ballast that obstructs the flow of blood and lymph - thus suffocating tissues.
The greatest problems are caused by fat infiltrating nerve tissue - it leads to hormonal and cognitive deficiencies. Fat-um is a brain-choked-by-fat condition.
The state of water deficit in the body, and thus the rate of tissue fat removal, can be regulated by amounts of consumed water. Remember that most foods contain water as well as fats and sugars that your body can convert into water. Every 100ml of water consumed means 80g of fat not being turned into water. You can rinse your mouth with water, but swallowing it delays the appearance of the positive effects of fasting.
Dry fasting, also known as strict fasting, is therefore one of the most effective methods of quickly improving the hormonal activity of the body and the condition of all tissues - that is, as a result of improving general health. This is the reason why medical criminals / ignoramuses fight aggressively against dehydration - because intermittent dehydration improves health of people who have fat deposits in their tissues. Dry fasting is safe as long as there is fat that can be turned into water and fat digestion is not impaired.

Drinking excess water has negative consequences - our kidneys, although they are brilliant filtration devices, do not work with 100% efficiency. The mechanism of re-absorption is not able to recover from the intermediate urine all valuable - when they are missing - substances such as electrolytes, enzymes, and hormones.     Excessive thirst is often a symptom of a hormonal failure of the nervous system - and in such a situation, excessive drinking only aggravates the problem, as the body gets rid of already deficient hormones and enzymes. Drinking water only increases your thirst as it deepens the hormonal deficit.
How to determine the correct amount of water consumed normally on a daily basis when not fasting? You should drink enough to excrete 1-1.5 liters of urine per day. Less is not good, more is not good. The golden rule applies.

Note that in some countries it is a common practice to drink distilled water - devoid of any electrolytes - this practice makes sense only when the water contains some harmful substances (e.g. manganese). It is crucial to add some non-iodized salt not poisoned with any other additives. Water without electrolytes is harmful as every cell in our bodies needs salt to live!
